DIMON
GLOBAL GROUP

Truth, made real.

Dimon Global Group is a privately held, multi-sector firm founded and led by RAD, whose lead discipline is intelligent technology — cognitive software architectures and autonomous systems designed, built, and verified in-house. From that base, the Group operates across property management, develops its finance and venture interests, and is pursuing eligibility to compete for United States federal contracts. One standard governs every sector the Group enters: what we say is real, and what we build works.

§ 01

Sectors

Four divisions. One standard of proof, set by the first.

The Group is organized as four numbered divisions. The technology division is the headline sector and the working portfolio; the others are presented exactly as they stand — operating, developing, or in pursuit — with nothing stated ahead of the record.

01

AI Systems & Technology

Working portfolio

The Group’s technology division designs and builds intelligent systems end to end. It is a working portfolio — published and hash-verified — and it is the standard of proof the other divisions are held to.

  • NEUROGEN / SPHERION — cognitive software architecture with measured, reproducible benchmark results
  • The Hope line — autonomous agent systems, built as a single self-contained file
  • Hope Pi — self-maintaining autonomous hardware nodes
  • Hope Bridge — device-integration software connecting systems across platforms
02

Property Management

Operating

The Group manages residential property with the same operating discipline it applies to software: documented condition, scheduled maintenance, straight accounting. Growth in this division is deliberate — properties are added when they can be managed to the standard, not before.

03

Finance & Ventures

In development

The Group is developing its finance and venture interests — evaluating positions and structures with a long-term, cash-disciplined approach. Nothing in this division is offered to the public, and nothing here is investment advice; it is the Group’s own capital, put to work under the same rule as everything else: verified, or it doesn’t ship.

04

Federal Contracting

In pursuit

The Group is pursuing registration and eligibility to compete for United States federal contracts, building on its technology portfolio. The capabilities being brought to that market are the ones already proven in the portfolio: intelligent systems, autonomous operation, and verification discipline.

Portfolio

Named systems, with the numbers attached where numbers exist.

Proof objects, not claims. Each system below exists, was built in-house, and is described at the level the record supports — measured results where measurement was run, plain description where it was not.

NEUROGEN / SPHERION

Six engines. One verdict.

SPHERION is the current release of the NEUROGEN line: a cognitive software architecture built from six engines — concept, relationship, activation, competition, adaptive memory, and reasoning/execution — with Go principles implemented as computation, a language layer, and pipeline integration.

It ships as a hash-verified release package, tested against its frozen predecessors byte for byte. In its published four-configuration experiments, the full SPHERION configuration scored 1.000 against a 0.830 baseline — with an unsupported-inference rate of 0.000 and 100% reproducibility across runs. The experiments also record what did not work: activation for candidate selection did not ship. Both results are published. That is the point of the standard.

Hope — Single-File Agent v0.11

An autonomous agent system built as one self-contained file, standard library only — no downloaded dependencies. A connectome knowledge graph with staged writes, a zero-trust policy gate, HMAC-signed manifests, a sandboxed worker, and a built-in control interface. The current build passes its full test suite: 189 of 189.

Hope Pi — Autonomous Nodes

Self-maintaining autonomous hardware nodes built on single-board computers: systems designed to provision, monitor, and recover themselves with minimal hands-on time, extending the Hope line from software into physical infrastructure.

Provisioning, monitoring, and recovery, automated
P—03

Hope Bridge — Device Integration

Device-integration software that connects the Group’s systems across phones and platforms — built to hold real device capabilities on one side and serve them, under lock, to the systems that need them on the other.

Hash-verified
Companion app build, checked before install

Hope Forge

A 61-module agent framework running on-device: a multi-agent organism with a master control loop, built and refined module by module through a paste-back development workflow, with its mesh of agents verified live.

Privacy & Data-Removal Tooling

Working tooling for finding and removing personal data from data-broker listings: a tracked queue of broker opt-outs, each prepared, approved, submitted, and followed up on a schedule. Built for the founder’s own records first; it is the same discipline the Group applies everywhere — personal information stays under its owner’s control.

Portrait of Robert Donaldson (RAD), Founder of Dimon Global Group
Robert DonaldsonRAD

I started with nothing handed to me, so everything here was built — line by line, dollar by dollar, on the record.

Dimon Global Group is where all of it lives: the technology I design, the property I manage, and the ventures I’m building next. The software comes first because it can be proven first — every system in the portfolio was written in-house, tested against its own record, and published with its results attached, including the results that didn’t flatter it.

I don’t do hype. I believe the world runs better on truth and real — real work, real numbers, real names on real things. The other divisions are held to the same rule as the code: documented, verified, or plainly labeled as still in pursuit.

I.
Built, not assembled

The Group’s systems are written line by line in-house, on standard foundations, so every part of them can be inspected, tested, and answered for.

II.
Numbers over adjectives

Where a result can be measured, it is published with its measurement. Where it cannot, the page says what stage the work is actually at.

III.
One name, on the record

The founder’s name and face stand behind every division. No anonymous structures, no borrowed authority.
